Member Area

Member Area

Quick access to rehearsal, performance, calendar, dues, handbook, and member resources for SDG singers.

Calendar

Live rehearsal and concert schedule.

Use this calendar for rehearsals, dress rehearsals, concerts, and member deadlines.

Rehearsal Aids

Practice between rehearsals.

This section is reserved for rehearsal tracks, marked scores, weekly notes, recordings, and other learning aids.

Keeping these resources in the member area lets SDG update the season’s rehearsal materials without changing public pages.

Practice tracks

Add links to current movement tracks, part recordings, or rehearsal audio.

Marked scores

Add marked PDFs, errata, pronunciation notes, and director guidance.

Weekly notes

Add reminders from weekly email, sectional notes, and upcoming rehearsal priorities.

Dues & Payments

Dues help sustain the choir.

Dues are $110 per trimester or $300 for the full year.

The annual rate is not refunded if a singer misses one trimester. Dues are currently paid during rehearsal by check or cash, or by Zelle to treasurer@sdgloria.org.

Trimester$110

Paid per trimester.

Full Year$300

Best value for singers attending the full season.

Handbook Highlights

Member expectations at a glance.

The full handbook remains the source of truth. These highlights make the most-used policies easier to find.

Preparation

Rehearsals focus on ensemble work and musical interpretation. Singers are expected to learn notes outside rehearsal using available practice aids.

Attendance

Please sign out in advance when you know you must miss rehearsal. Consistent attendance supports the whole ensemble.

Rehearsal decorum

Arrive early, check in, get settled, and be ready to sing when rehearsal begins. Bring music and a pencil.

Concert dress

Concert attire is intentionally uniform and professional. Black means black; details should follow the handbook and director guidance.

Concert etiquette

Concert calls, dress rehearsals, stage behavior, and communication expectations help each performance run smoothly.

Community contribution

Each singer helps the choir function by supporting logistics, publicity, tickets, communications, committees, fundraising, or other needs.
